Who's this "Gypsy timesurf?"

Becca Atkins and Dick Pape are the core of Gypsy TimeSurf. However, when you come hear Gypsy TimeSurf play, you'll likely find more musicians and songwriters than just those two. Becca is a fan of introducing people to lesser known, but SHOULD be known, songwriters - so she invites them to come play with Gypsy TimeSurf. The band also finds great cover tunes and introduces their audience to songs and artists they may not know.

Consider us a roving band of not blood related, but soul related, music makers who get together to have a good time and to pull you into that good time, too. We want you to experience some tunes you've never heard (along with a bunch you know), and just enjoy each other for awhile. If that sounds like a good time, come on down next time we play.

Some of the other likely suspects include Alan Winslow, Denny Caraher, Jo Kroger, and Doug Bartkowski.  Whoever is in town and fits the bill as a pal with a bunch of great songs will likely hit the stage with us.

Alan plays with us a LOT, and we do several of his songs at most shows.

You will often find Northampton, MA's Denny Caraher, an amazing and unique singer/songwriter, making us giggle and cry with his wide range of tunes.
